Shipment Germany

Shipping costs will be charged to the voulme of your prdouct, which is clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "Total Cost" section at checkout. Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days.

Please note: The shipping costs are the cheapest opportunity for the payment methods: Paypal and advance payment. By choosing an other payment method, there could occur transaction fees.

Delivery is fulfilled by GLS. They work from Monday-Friday. 

Collection by the customer in our Molton24 Store

You can pickup your order in our Molton 24 Store in Berlin. Provided that the article is in stock, you are able to pickup your order after 24 hours of purchase. 

Our opening hours are: Monday - Friday from 9a.m. to 6p.m. You will receive an email once your order is ready to pickup. Without this information there is no warranty, that the product is in stock. Please use the Molton 24 Onlineshop or visit our Store in Berlin-Tempelhof, if you are interested in self collection.

Calculation of Shipping Weight

Our shipping weight depends on the weight of the product and the needed packaging.

Example for a calculation of shipping weight:

1st Choice Backdrop stage molton 300g/m² black 3m x 4m

3m x 4m=12m², 12m² x 0,3kg=3,6kg,

The weight of the article thus amounts 3,6kg.

In addition to the weight of the packaging, that is 0,4kg.

The actual shipping weight is 4,0kg.

Express Shipping (for orders before 1pm on business days) to the next busniess day

The shipping costs for Express Shipping have additional shipping costs of + 19,00 EUR to the orignal shipping costs. The Express Shipping implies a shipping in one business day for stored products. The Shipping is only possible if the order has a weight under 40kg. The delivery gets to you on the next business day if you order before 1pm on business days. 

Express shipping is only in Germany possible.

Our delivery partner is GLS. GLS delivers from Monday to Friday. The postman leaves a notification card for you if no one is there to receive the order. On the card are information about the new delivery date or the name of your neighbour who has the order.

The shipping costs for the standard shipping are calculated based on the volume or the product weight. In addition, the costs can vary depending on the price range of the product. The standard shipping of stored products takes place in 2 to 4 days.

Please note: The for the product calculated shipping costs are the cheapes for the this order with the conditions standard shipping in Germany and advanced payment or payment via PayPal. Additional costs can appear if a different payment method is chosen.
